Returns / Complaints
1. The basis for the complaint is the Store's liability under the warranty for Product defects. In order to assess physical defects, one should in particular rely on the description of the Product placed each time with the presented goods.
2. If the Product has a defect, the Buyer has the right to submit a price reduction statement, may demand removal of the defect, replacement of the Product with a defect-free Product or withdrawal from the contract, if the defect is significant.
3. The above warranty rights are only available to Customers who are Consumers. In relations between the Seller and the Customer who is not a Consumer, the warranty for defects is excluded.
4. In order to submit a complaint, the Customer may fill in the complaint form here.
5. Complaints can also be submitted via e-mail to the following address: sklep@eliksirmaroka.pl.
6. In the event of exercising the rights under the warranty, the Customer is obliged to deliver the defective Product to the Seller. The returned Product should be properly secured for transport and should be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
7. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer. In the case of a positive consideration of the complaint, the Seller reimburses the additional shipping costs incurred by the Customer.
8. Complaints are considered at the latest within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Store of the shipment with the Product under complaint.
9. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of improper use or storage of the Product.
10. The parties to the contract may use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, e.g. through mediation, arbitration or arbitration proceedings. At http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, customers can find a platform for an online system for settling disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs at the EU level (ODR platform). The ODR platform provides comprehensive services for consumers and entrepreneurs seeking out-of-court settlement of a dispute regarding contractual obligations arising from an online sales contract or service contract.
